In addition to the services and MOT’s carried out on your vehicle, to ensure reliable and safe driving, it is important you carry out your own routine maintenance checks, these include:

• Tyre pressures
• Check function of indicators
• Check brake fluid level
• Check cooling system fluid level
• Check for oil leaks
• Check condition of wiper blades
• Check operation of all door locks
• Check all vehicle lights and lenses
• Check oil level and top up if required
• Top up washer bottles, include screenwash/de-icer
• Check tyres for wear and pressure – including spare tyre.
